Capital one sure has a sense of humor. Wasting the time to send me a pre-approved credit card letter. I could get the ungodly credit limit of $400! Yes, there is only two zeros after than number. The minimum they would give is an astonishing $200! Not only do I get these ridiculous limits, but I have PAY for this card. Yes that is right, a $69 one time fee PLUS a $69 annual fee billed at $5.75 a month! Hell if I only get the $200 limit, I’ve already had to pay over half that amount in fees just to have their card for a year.

I can’t believe that anyone would honestly apply for this thing, not to brag, but I have cards that exceed 10x, 20x the maximum limit on this card. They pay me to use my card, not the other way around! Pay money to spend my own money? I think not. Ugh, at least when Chase sends me letters like this, they offer a 0% BT offer with no fees for up to 15 months.

To prove that such an offer exisited, I scanned it!
