Man oh man, how much more dense can this kid be?� I’m guessing he is still going to be here tomorrow and I don’t have a place to setup my TV stand >:[, it sits in my living room with my boat… � I just want to smack my roommate because he keeps insisting to talk to my dad and my dad and mom are like we don’t want to talk to him.� It’s simple, lease has ended +$50 this month and +$50 next month, take it or leave it. I honestly prefer the latter so I can get my living room back and buy new furniture.� Tell him over and over, that nothing will change because he talks to my dad, you just aren’t that charismatic!� I mean, maybe if you were a cute hot chick with big boobs, but more probably not…. Some how he doesn’t believe what I tell him, even wants to talk to my dad after I sent him this:

So I call my dad on my cell phone and give it to my roommate and my dad tells him the SAME EXACT thing I’ve already told him.� Can’t believe the roommate can’t put 1 and 1 together.� Your “landlord” dislikes you so much that he doesn’t even want to talk you, you think he is going give you an additional break on rent when YOU are the one that wanted a 4 month contract because you were going to graduate and get out of here?� The really funny thing is that the minimum lease was 6 months, which would have worked perfectly because he wants to stay 2 more months, but I was nice enough to give him a 4 month lease at an already discounted price because I’m nice like that.� I was also expecting you to leave on the 28th so I could start the new year, roommate free, but since you are still here and my stuff has no place to go, it’s going to cost you.

And it’s not like the kid has no money, he has a wtdirect account, minimum $10k to get the high yield so he has got at least that. � STFU!� You are p3WNED!

I don’t even know which one to go with, apparently Christmas is a Christian holiday, but quite honestly it’s been so damn commercialized that it’s more of a Hallmark holiday and it even counts as a national holiday so I guess people shouldn’t be offended by Merry Christmas…. Of course I still say happy holidays unless the other person has said Christmas to begin with. I’m also the person that goes says African-American instead of black…..

Anyhow, month of December I’ve racked on more credit card bills to pay. The one in the mail today was $2800 something : /. So because of this I’ve decided to ditch winter session, well partly because of my lack of money and partly because they want me to pay extra fees and go through hoops to sign up for some basic classes. I did finally somehow trick the UDSIS to add one of the classes I wanted, but they want to charge a late fee plus a winter session student health fee! I don’t want to pay a late fee for something that’s not late! And I really hate that student health fee, I do have insurance so my insurance would cover those health things, but no UD makes me pay separate mandatory fee >:[. For the class I couldn’t add, they wanted me to sign up as a continuing education, fax in the registration for that and select out of state so that I would pay nearly twice as much! I suppose I could make a fuss and perhaps get things straighten out to my satisfaction, but it’s cold and I just don’t feel like it. The 2 failing grades killed my GPA, and I’m below a 3.0 which is not acceptable…

I should be looking forward to my roommate going in a few days, but he apparently didn’t get the idea and wants to stay for a while longer! I’ve insinuated, suggested, and just done everything except tell him to get the fuck out of my house. The boy just doesn’t get the idea and I’ve shown him ads of other places he can move to and even offered to help pack! I honestly couldn’t be any clearer… The latest incompetence is he somehow disabled the sink stopper in the down position. I have no idea why or how, but he complained because he was just to inept to fix it himself. I wasn’t going to do it because the last time he got it stuck, he had all sorts of nasty hair in there…. Luckily my brother came over and was able to fix it in matter for a few minutes! Now, something is wrong here, this college graduate is outwitted by someone who hasn’t even finished high school! And because he has asked me twice to fix something that he broke, I took away the sink stopper and gave him a plastic stopper that has a chain to pull it out.� Of course, he wanted to complain about that.� When you can use adult sink equipment, I’ll be happy to put it back, but for now you get the child safety plastic one…

Since he isn’t planning on vacating at then end of the lease agreement (12/28), his rent has been increased by $50 and then another $50 next month. He has the nerve to complain and wants to talk to my dad because that’s his “landlord” about it. My dad is the landlord on paper, but seriously what kinda dip head is he? He is lucky that I’m even letting him stay, and he is getting a break on this month’s rent because I should be increasing it by the full $100 this month.

Worst yet, he stole the neighbor’s Victoria Secrets catalog! Ok, maybe he didn’t do it intentionally, but he never took it back! So, for one of his Christmas gifts, I put a Victoria’s Secret card for a free pair of panties inside an IPod gift card holder. Hehe….

Yep, count them, FOUR different kinds of wrapping paper!� Yes, I’m a little obsessive compulsive about the whole thing… Different things must be wrapped in a different paper…� The small but expensive items on the top are some also expensive wrapping paper of foil and reversible! The 2 blue ones are hello kitty wrapping paper for gifts for girls….� The two below that are toys for two brothers, the big red one is the odd one out.� It didn’t fit in with the others….

Then for myself is a 32″ LCD HDTV without a wall mount (yet!) and an Xbox 360. Also pictured are some games for the Xbox and the corner of a Maxim ;).

In other news, over a week later and my ankle still hurts!� I guess it wasn’t one of those walk it off things like I thought :(.� I told my grandma it was all better so she wouldn’t keep worrying, but it’s still plenty painful.� I think I’m suppose to be doing some sorta ankle exercises but I lost all the paper stuff they gave me, including my prescription for pain killers!

As much as I hate it, I’m gonna have to take BUAD306 and 309 during Winter session, need to call them up later to get the classes added and so I can get billed properly…� Both of them available online, but one of them is already filled up for the online section so I actually have to go to a classroom for like 4 HOURS twice a week! I’m not sure if I can take having a class for so long.

Awesome, basically the same reason twice. So I decided to figure out exactly what it is that I owe, to my surprise, it’s over $10k on my credit cards alone. It’s $11,863.10 to be exact. And my combined credit limits are $18,300, so I’m at a utilization rate of close to 65%!

Man oh man… I am a little screwed… If I do take winter session, that is about $1400 and up coming semester will be about $4000 plus I haven’t made a $4000 contribution to my roth IRA yet for 2006.

My eyes are still bugging out of my head with those figures.
