Oh my freaking #($*U), apparently I can’t see the “pain specialist” that the emergency room doctor referred me to until November! WTF kind of shit is this? They gave me a weeks worth of crappy “pain” pills that do nothing and I can’t see a doctor for two months? Feel like I’m in twice the pain now!
I bought a new laptop, plug it in, shortly after, there is a popping noise outside. The street lights are off and my monitor turns off/on immediately, guess my laptop blew the transformer? Not to much later, it happens again.
Oh and I didn’t really need a new laptop, but the F key wasn’t working to well on my old laptop, I’m pretty sure my little cousin in China broke while playing games on my laptop. However, the laptop was cheap, light at 14.1″, and shiny! It cost less than 1/3 of what my old laptop cost, so a bargain really, or at least what I keep telling myself.
And dare I say this, with the money I saved, I can buy an iPhone!
However, there is those pesky school and work things I have to deal with now. Got a report due on Tuesday that I just haven’t started on, plus miscellaneous 2 weeks of readings for class. I’m taking 5 classes, although I only need like 3 of them to graduate. I do need one of the other ones for a minor and one I really don’t need. However, next semester I can slack with only 3 classes, woot!
While being able to drive is good, it also means you can get rear ended. Which is what happened to me about 2 weeks ago, my back and neck still hurt! It wasn’t that serious of a crash, just some scratches on my bumper that will cost ~ $300 and 3 days to fix. The pain meds I got, don’t seem to do a thing >:(.
