the times of kryptoniteglows

Recall how I said I was working with the most competent group ever? Well I take that back, this is the most incompetent group ever.  I thought that with addition of someone else where some technical skills in my group, things would be a piece of cake.  Unfortunately the cost of that technical ability is that the rest of group lacks basis skills.  How the hell are these kids college seniors is beyond me.  One of them can’t seem to figure out how to use the Carbon Copy on emails and also lives in sort of alternate reality where emails and faxes only work during certain times of the day and 4:30 PM on a weekday is not one of them…

This group is a fucking joke, last week we scheduled a 1 PM meeting for this Wednesday and just me and the other person with technical ability show up.  Not an email at all from the other members saying they wouldn’t make it or even some lame excuse of why they couldn’t be there.  Anyhow, I needed them to show up to sign a document we were suppose to have turned into the client LAST WEEK!  So since they didn’t come, we lack the signatures to send it off to the client and it drags on for another week!  I sent them a scan of the document with the 2 signatures and they can’t figure out to print it, sign it, scan it, and send it….

Never fucking ceases to amaze me… Just never in a good way…
